I know Sabrina she is very good..but Bobbi in Canada teaches people to locate the people that are targeting in their environment..She is on a different level of brilliant.
Have you thought about H.A.A.R.P.. There is a documentary on tubi that may open up some eyes on how the attacks can be deployed.
