Im sure the citizens who just lost everything, are thinking were so screwed now we cant get vaccinated. Never fear fema shows up just in time with the very thing theese people been wanting!

They did this in New Orleans after hurricane Ida. When people were going back for their personals right after the storm, fema (with armed guards) were force vaccinating people. Wouldn't let anyone back to their homes without taking the jab, at gunpoint
